I was wondering if its possible to predict possible marriage years by looking at my chart, as well as career opportunities. I am very new to Vedic astrology. I am currently not in a relationship, and my career has been one of taking care of members of my family that have been in need in recent years. I am wondering if things are going to change.

Let see Rahu's signification as per 4 step theory.
Step 1 -

Star-Lord is JUP, signifies the cusp 8 occupied by it. It does not signify any cusp owned by it. It signifies cusp 9 being within 3º 20' orb.
