oh it seems I forgot to come back to you.... lets see.
Sun, your significator is in fertile sign but separating from Jupiter, the 5th ruler which is also rx. Have you been trying to get pregnant? Jupiter is debilitated, this is the significator of baby.
Sun will square Mars in 5th, so a struggle is there, and delay. Moon is about to change signs into fertile sign. I think looking at this chart the pregnancy can happen but with delay and probably need some help from doctors.
Sun/Mars square happens in 4 degrees, so might take a few years to get there. Are you over 35?
