Is Saturn a Planet?

Given its strange qualities, I think the chances are good that Saturn is actually an Alien spacecraft of immense proportions, beaming very unpleasant, but technology-inducing vibrations at our Planet. In which case, it should be excluded from Astrological Charts and considered an outside influence.
