Can you predict your spouse with your own astrology chart?

Hello There,

pretty good analysis there. can you tell me the below please:

1. Jupiter is in Cancer; in my 7th house. Who is the ruler of the house in this case?

2. My venus and Mars are in Libra. what does this imply? what kind of partner do i get attracted to?

please advise.

thanks,
NK11

If you have planets in the 7th, they will describe your spouse, if you don't, the ruler of the 7th will.

My first astrological experience was in a consultation where the astrologer told me I would marry a foreign artist, and after some years I did marry a foreign artist. That is definitely my type of partner, and she didn't even know me, but got that 100% right. Also you should pay attention to your Venus cos it describes the kind of people you fall in love with and attract you, so that is a good hint as well. In my experience, your partner will be a mixture of these elements, planets in the 7th + ruler of the 7th + Venus.

Hugs

Good point Choe! Hmm JerryRR ok what am I looking for? I am newb and need direction lol

So back on topic then

I was watching Oprah and a woman's husband of 14 years was trying to poison her? Could she have seen this in her chart? Or if you are destine to marry a princess can that be reflected as well? Where would you look?

If you have a theory about how can it be seen in a natal chart about how a spouse 'could' poison them, I would be interested??

First off all I always thought that the behavior and personality of the partner is remarked by the sign of the ruler of the 7th, its position and aspects.

First step: the 7th house cusp
Knowing the Sun sign of the partner is impossible. The person may have: Sun, or, Moon, or Ascendant, in the same sign as your 7th. And... If the person doesn't have such sign in some of its personal planets, then it may have a strong Planet that rules your 7th. Example: Your 7th house is in Sagittarius, but your mate doesn't has Sun, or Moon, or Ascendant, in Sag. But he has Jupiter in Cancer... (So the person is Jovial).

Second the next step: the ruler of the 7th
So your Jupiter is in Taurus (example)... Taurus is a jealous and money oriented sign. So the person may be stubborn, sensible, faithful, tender, and refined, the person must like luxurious stuff. He could also be into food, jewelry, and stuff related to Venus.

Third step: Placement
Jupiter in Taurus is in the 12th house:
The person could be an artist, secretive, and also could be a backstabber. It depends on the aspects of Jupiter.

Good luck

Hello virgo 18.

This is interesting. Could you give me your take on what would be if

7th house gemini, and mercury in the 5th house in aries. It receives a sextile from jupiter in the 7th house.

I don't have a theory I am trying to figure it out, I mean need to learn a lot more to have a theory and you all are helping me learn along with websites. I just know there is a formula, at this point I would probably have an easier time meeting 2 people once and feeling them out. I would not want to do that though that is so so something. I think yes it could be a mix of elements but I only want to find out from the 1 persons chart, foul play pointers. I guess there are some criminology astrology books out there but also, a person with the same energy and intense drives as a serial killer could be a really talented Sargent. Where would you look in a persons chart for unusual or high risk encounters or relations with others?

There are a few pointers for violence, my first thing to look at would be mars/pluto aspects.

mars/saturn can be extreme frustration, this is the type of man very mild mannered all his life then one day snaps and murders his parents.....

You could also look at astotheme.com for publicly known murderers charts to build an idea, see if there a commonality betweeen them.

Welcome to AW,

Saggitarius is ruler of 7th house NOT scorpio AND pluto rules scorpio not mars.

I use Equal House system (where each cusp is same as Ascendant) and am a modern astrologer. Lots of newcomers come into Astrology/forums and get a free chart from www.astro.com and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few others if you wish to experiment…..

Within the mainstream here on AW of placidus/equal houses (the default on astro is placidus) only difference being some planets may move from one house to another thereby altering it's interpretation and it's 'only' with research will you find which /planets 'fit you' in which houses. So my advice, do two charts, research any planets that move houses and see which you identity with - simple

Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAwGtMWl4z4

So your ruler in Equal house is 4th in placidus 5th. Use the site below to research ALL your house cusp rulers

Ruler of the Seventh House in the Fourth House
Your closest partnerships have a nurturing quality to them. You may need a partner who will somehow fill emotional needs that were neglected during your upbringing. When other people don't agree with you, you'll find that it affects your deepest emotional security issues. Learning to value your own opinions in the face of opposition will be an important lesson for you to learn.

When looking at a woman’s chart the type of man she would look for is her sun sign and mars traits, plus 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.

When looking at a mans chart for the type of woman he would look for is his venus and moon sign and then 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.

Although synastry is a valuable tool with astrology it cannot 'make things happen' even if you have the best synastry in the world unfortunately.

In synastry I use tight orbs and view aspects between one person's outer planets to the other person's inner planets as being "karmic connections"......usually with the outer planet person doing the teaching and the inner planet person doing the learning.

Unfortunately, there is no set formula or signature for marriage or childbirth, although others may disagree, apparently horary and vedic seem confident in this area. There are indicators and potential as there would be with natal, solar return chart but guarantees -- (post 2 & 3 below)

Predicting marriage and/or having children can sometimes be done, in general terms but it is not easy, time consuming and intricate. There are lots of things to take into consideration like, secondary progressions, what inter-aspects one chart makes to another, Solar arcs, Solar returns, Transits etc

thats awesome :) I do see my bf's 7th house falls over cancer/leo cusp where my sun is exactly over cancer and my moon in over leo of his cusp, that was so easy to spot though he dont have any planets in his 7th house.

I have my 7th house full which falls over cancer/leo there i've got my sun, venus, mercury and moon is over the beginning of leo.

also i notice in my ex's chart his 7th house falls over saturn where i have a strong saturn in my chart. my ex's asc falls on cancer where my 7th house is cancer.

but it seems this technique works well on men's chart than females. do you have anymore steps to work on womens charts?

For women the first husband is usually of the sign where their Juno is. It worked in many charts I have seen and in my own chart

It's a factor to determine the right wife for a man's natal chart (if the man is straight or attracted to women...or identifies as a man). Also the Moon and venus aspects are hints of what kind of wife, partner or spouse he will have. My Juno in cancer, Moon in Aquarius (conjunct sun) and venus in Aries-midheaven (my natal chart). My Cancer rising made me compatible with many Cancers in my life and then my dominant sign (Mars-Jupiter-Saturn combo) is Virgo.

I had my husband's SUN conjucting my DESC and our VERTEXex conjuct exactly, too. Mars- Venus opposition, as well as lots of trines.
He was a Capricorn, my Juno is in Capricorn.
Also, in the year when the marriage happened I had the solar return ASC conjucting my ASC exactly.

Yes you can, if you are a woman you look at mars and the sign and house.. My mars is cancer and I need a man who is in touch with his emotions, who wants a family, loving, caring and isn't afraid to show it. It is in my 11th house which may mean I meet him in social events and gatherings. My juno is in cancer and 11th too so I don't know the differences. I am sure there is a way to show which way you are more "prominant" to die, just like the way you make money, how your home life is, what career is best for you, but I'm not sure. You would have to look at probably the 8th house, see the significator of that, see what it's doing, etc.
Notes:
+ I use one's biological gender to describe their gender status.
+ All people should look at their 7th house cusp ruler to predict about who your future spouse is

If the man is gay, look at Mars

If the man/woman is aroace, look at 11th house ruler, the ruler of platonic relationships in a person's chart (Aroace people don't love, but rather be friends with another person)

If the women is lesbian, look at Venus

If the woman/man is pansexual, look at Venus, Mars and neutral planets (Mercury, Uranus)

If the woman/man is bisexual, look at Mars and Venus

If the man/woman is omnisexual:
+ Men + non-binaries + others (Nofinsexual): Lok at Mars, Mercury and Uranus.
+ Women + non-binaries + others (Nominsexual): Look at Venus, Mercury and Uranus.
+ Men + women + others (Noninsexual): Look at Mars and Venus

et cetera
