Is it me being my usual intense self or is it him?

Hi all! Newbie here but I've lurked for quite a while. I met this guy a couple of months ago and I've had some pretty intense feelings about him since. I'm a pretty intense person anyway (8th house stellium) so I'm wondering if it's just me being me or if there's something there. I don't have his birth time so I know the chart really only tells half the story (he's the outside circle). I put in noon for his birth time but maybe there's something else I should do? I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me some insight as to what's going on or if there's a karmic relationship or something. Thanks!
