Progressed Nodes conjunct Natal Nodes

What would this indicate? Progressed Mars will also be conjunct natal MC/Sun/North node at the same time. I can find a lot about transit North node, not so much about progressed. Any thoughts?

Pluto will also be conjunct Pluto it seems.. the angles will definitely be activated around that time.
