Is it time to move on or to stay put?

I don't see purpose staying in this country and on this job.

Is there a chance to find satisfying job in Netherlands or Germany?
I do not intend to stay there longer than 10-15 years, to earn pension and then get back and spend rest of my life in my birth country.
