I have pretty much given up on him and relation ships so I don;t think it will happen. Also I cannot wear emerald given my natal chart and placement of mercury it'd cause harm I do wear moonstone though

However this Rashi chart shows a clear no.
Moon as querent's mind is the ruler of the 5th house. Therefore the Moon signifies the question about love and relationship. Moon is in Leo in the 6th house , which is one of the trik houses. Most maleficious for the Moon in relationship matters.
Lagna Lord is Jupiter in the 10th house in his own Rulership. This makes him strong but too close to Ketu (2 Degrees) is everything else than helpful. Your ex is signified by the 7th house ruler Mercury, in the favorable 11th house in Capricorn. Mercury and Jupiter are in adjacent houses and are not in Ithasala (aspect to each other) or Tajika aspect (by houses). Also there is no translation or collection of light due to another planet or any other yoga, which could bring a beneficial result. Moon will make a trine with Jupiter but since moon is unqualified (in the 6th and not strong) and also approaches an opposition to Venus (8th house ruler, sitting in the 12th house-both trik houses) and square to Mars (malefic and strong in his domicile) first, your desire will not be fulfilled.

However, as I told you more than one time, we don't cast chart after chart! you already asked the complete same question in another thread (with no answers). You just posted a tropical chart but as I see, you did not use the same time. Just to ask the same question again and read it with another method or zodiac, actually offends against the horary rules. It would make more sense if you did post the first chart with both zodiacs. So I don't know how valid this chart is at all.
