current employment

Hi everyone,

There seems to be a current uncomfortable instability at work. I have Managers fighting for authority and a very confused colleague who is not very talented and quite lazy to work with. Will my work ethic be seen as i don't want my work colleague to take away my accolades when I work so hard and he copies so much of my work and ideas in marketing.

Let me know if you see what my managers see as I feel confident in my talents but discontent that managers have not rightfully directed my colleague up the anti.
