The natal chart is the one you need, mamamama14 - But the 10 degree orbs (used as the default setting astro.com) are too wide for any meaningful interpretation - [Using an orb-factor of 40% would reduce them to 4 degrees - and so, focus upon only those that are strong in your chart.]

I’m curious about your work life to date: whether you’ve fulfilled any of the Scorpio MC archetypes (ruler Pluto in 8th): Pluto has to do with unconscious material - its connection to the 10th would suggest that bringing this type of material to society is part of your job description (perhaps mortician, psychiatrist, sex therapist….you know, the easy jobs!!)…..but then with Neptune in Sag in 10th, (aligned with the Nth Node - too wide for conjunction), you’d also do well being some kind of teacher….of meditation, yoga. Is there a way of combining those ideas? Hope this doesn’t sound too radical - someone who helps the dying “journey” to the other side? Drama is another way one could “teach“, especially experiential / “in your face” type of acting
Anyway, it seems to me that it is important that you have a career of some kind (nth Node in 10th), prise yourself away from the “mama karma” of the South Node (A.Alli). Not saying that you are a parent or that being a parent is not satisfying, but just that there is some need to take that wealth of knowledge into the wider sphere, for you to shock (Pluto) / erode (Neptune) people out of their perceptions, via your knowledge (sag).
(Neptune’s placement also describes where we can disappear, sacrifice ourselves. I’m wondering whether you’ve sacrificed career (up til this point for family, kids) - or used work as a space to become invisible)

The Aquarian Moon, so close to the ascendant, means you embody (& feel more at home) when you embody the archetype of the rebel - someone who doesn’t conform to tribal expectations. If this has not always been easy to manage, I think the trine from tx Sat will stabilise this need as you move into your next adventures. Saturn has gone into 9th house, suggesting you are ready to make commitment / get serious about 9th house matters: teaching / travelling / philosophy. Well to date as a child teenager (5 to 17) was involved in singing and dancing but have no formal teaching qualifications to use this as an adult hence my lack of taking school seriously the former was too much fun and I didn't care at the time for the mundane school life (however I did attend until grade 11). I also studied reflexology and aromatherapy but the cost of it all was too much at the time (think I was around 23, 24).

Yes, I do tend to get a bit carried away - I generally know something about the person I'm talking to. Sorry if I've confused you. But the hospitality bit fits, especially the idea that it started with your parents. Family, nurturing, taking care of others (4th house Sth Node) in Gemini (movement, lots of information being passed around).
What kinds of things are you interested in apart form the hospitality?
It's hard to ignore that Scorpio on the MC, with Neptune & North Node in the 10th. Pluto in the 8th. Have you got particular plans? It feels like a very powerful career house; I'm wondering how that grand trine in air (including the south node) can aid you? Air lends an atmosphere of curiosity, an ability to connect the dots, perception; it allows you to operate with enough detachment to get more serious work done.

Perhaps another way of approaching this would be for you to indicate careers you may be interested in, then the chart could be examined for markers of possible success in that field?

mmm....I'll sleep on this one, & maybe others will have some thoughts.
Working on commission is a bit frightening, especially with young kids to support.
Why would beauty therapy drive you nuts? It does satisfy the Libran part of the equation - aesthetically.....and I've heard that many beauticians are unacknowledged counsellors (another Libran quality). Perhaps that's the part that you wouldnt like?!

I tend to reduce the orbs on astro to just 85% as this brings them more in line with mainstream views. I only use 40% when referring to synastry bi wheels as the max orb there would be just 3'

I just noticed the second chart you posted and see how your grand trine and mystic rectangle disappear..... not good.... If you want to research orbs I can post a few links as they can be quite contentious issues around here....

this is what I use.
For conjunction, square and opposition + or - 8'
for sun & moon they get upto 10' only the rest 8'
trines 120' (triangles) + or - 6' and same for sextiles 60' (star shape)
quincunx 150' + or - 3'

however, I am happy to see you have added your progressions. You can even add current transits as well in Extended chart selection..

I notice your progressed sun is now at cricitial degrees ie: 29' Gemini and about to change signs in approx 9months to go into cancer for next 30years

Your mercury has turned retrograde (going backwards) which may well give you 'less need' to openly communicate. You may find you want to read and study more and definately *think things through and do lots of internal analysing**

Also your sun is a singleton ie: only planet in earth element

You started to learn "from experience", mamamama14 - Finish that study by reviewing what it was about those two careers that made them unsuitable for you, or you unsuitable for them.

Then think about what attracted you to those careers, and how they are "linked" - (For example, beauty therapy is simply the external decoration/maintenance and renovation of the "real estate" that we call the body/temple of the Soul.)

[Then think how your "career keywords" might be linked. For example :-

Pluto/Mars/Venus/Moon/Uranus/Saturn = physical transormation of women of all ages -

- thorough an enjoyable (5th) and rewarding career (2nd+10th), helping those in need (12th) to improve their minds (9th) and value to others (8th).

Which might be something like (say) a physical trainer, or a Yoga teacher.]

I went of and started reading up on anything I could understand about my chart and came to the conclusion that Beauty Therapy would be the right choice (for now at least) and that maybe not Beauty Therapy in it's entirety but more precisely make up artistry and massage but having the full Diploma would give me the personal achievement aspect that I desire. The income aspect is no longer an issue as I know I can work for myself (and prefer it from experience) which would mean a higher wage than working for someone else. And then after deciding that this was the way to go I had like one of those crazy voices in my head that said you could teach and that was the icing on the cake.

you see, with a little self analysis you have already come to a conclusion. learning astrology takes patience, time and energy. Just looking at your elements your sun singleton and lack of earth, but majority if air/communications is your strength and earth/practical matters your weakness. Now 3 in water plus moon conj Asc shows emotional sensitivity.

what I would say is you need something that's *intense* all consuming, transformational and it can take years before you find your true calling. I have Saggi MC but scorpio ruling my 10th house cusp (Equal house system) and North Node in scorpio/10th. So whenever you find something, anything that really absorbs you, can even poss take over your life (like me with astrology,here....) then the scorpio/pluto affect *will transform you* because of it.....

Now your North Node (life lessons, not always career) is in Saggi in 10th. So saggi matters and 9th house matters....
