my question: will we get this house?

Asc: jupiter
7th ruler: Mercury in 9th? the house is in Germany.

Jupiter and mercury has an applying aspect in 9. Moon aspects asc ruler does this means it's favorable?

Updates: have decided not to go a head with this one due to the house plan and surrounding distances.
