I got ASC=18Cap11
I would asign ASC and ruler Saturn to Berkane. As Saturn is in conjunction with Sout Node I think Zamalek will win.
(A significator conjunct the South Node is greatly weakened. It makes no difference whether the significator is applying to or separating from the Node. )
