You are Mercury and Moon, pregnancy is 5 house matter, ruler is Mars. As Mercury has separate aspect with Mars that is YES answer to your question.

I have to agree, it looks like a yes. However no fertile signs, the water signs that is. But recent aspect between lord 1 and lord of 5th and both angular. Moon is under beams. If you are pregnant, conception happened about 1 unit ago, so most likely not 1 week but 1 month (add a few more days to it). Is that so?

Asc barren.
Moon and mercury are both applying to saturn.
Also 5th ruler either using mars or venus are both detriment.

Its a no from me.
