Now I consulted a astrologer friend, she suggest I put I up here. Below is her reply
"This is a question using Horary Astrology or Predictive Astrology. Horary I never studied. Predictive I have no record of skill in using.
I can tell you that Tr. Merc is approaching an exact square to Tr Saturn that day, and that Tr Saturn is approaching a conjunction to your natal Moon. So the square could affect what happens that day.
However there is stronger set of beneficial aspects being highlighted that day. Your natal Moon and Jupiter are trine. And on the day the transiting Moon passes over your natal Jupiter, turning on that trine, and transiting Saturn is part of a trine and conjunction too. Your natal Chiron is trine by transiting Mercury, so it would seem some form of communication could help that day. There's plenty more for me to look at.
A transiting aspect between two transiting planets needs to be conjunct a natal planet, and then -- two or three of the planets involved must have been in aspect in the natal chart (as in Saturn Moon, Mercury Moon). And then derivations of the same theme must be found two more times in the chart, to indicate a likelihood of occurrence.
It would be good to look at where your natal Vertex is too. But I can't pull it up right now. Vertex could be very important to consider for these Visa interview days.
