Moon opposition in horary?

querent s ruler and moon opposition means directly no or what?

moon in 9th house and strong.
me pluto ?
but it is not considered in classical horary.
according to classical horary this is void of course
what do you think about this chart?
I also want to learn horary btw

I'd think you are designated by Mars and your test that concerns you the 3rd house where Saturn is located. The Moon is the action of the chart, and makes no aspect to Mars. I'm not sure of your question, but it appears to be a "no". I'd take the 9th as higher learning.

Indeed, Gpa will be announced after 7,8 months.
Pluto and look at the moon 8degree

You are mars, moon is what you are asking.
Moon trines Neptune before it reaches the pluto opposition, and moon has no aspect with mars.
