parallel/contraparallel

quick question..wondering if parallels and contraparallel aspects are valid btwn personal planets and fixed stars?

example : Mars 2 Scorpio is listed as 'contraparallel' Regulus..

I believe that the parallel and contraparallel are valid aspects between any bodies including the fixed stars.

I also firmly consider Parallels to be operative between stars and planets (and stars and Lots and stars and asc/mc, etc etc)
This would apply also to contra-parallels (however I personally do not recongize contra's, due to certain historical considerations regarding this matter)
