I use Equal House system (where each cusp is same as Ascendant) and am a modern astrologer. Lots of newcomers come into Astrology/forums and get a free chart from www.astro.com and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few others if you wish to experiment…..

half of that stellium in equal and/or placidus looks as if it could be in 6th house of health, service, co-workers.
your sun and moon are both singletons, ie;only planets in fire and air which your chart lacks,but having part of that stellium in 7th (air house) may well help. But the lack of fire element seems more problematic, ie; not much impetus, drive, energy, iniatations..
around July 2009 t pluto looks to be conj natal mars at 1', if this was in your 6th house of health, could have suggested surgery. did anything happen?

a stellium in capricorn, will make you ambitious and poss workaholic. Highly strung poss your chart ruler cancer/moon is heavily challenging this stellium, espec if some are in 6th house

Career options are assessed by MC any planets conjunct, where the ruler of MC is placed, it’s aspects, then 2nd house ‘how you earn your money’ and planets there, ruler of cusp and where it’s placed, then 6th house of ‘type of work you do’ any planets there and how they are aspected.
Researching rulers of houses will help you understand more where I joining the dots so to speak

Now having that stellium in 6th house of virgo, health and co-workers, daily routines all suggest service industries, health industries,
Mercury conj Neptune is great for creative writing as you may be prone to day dreaming, over idealising and mis-communications going out and coming in. reading to much between the lines
your venus is retrograde and conj Saturn showing feeling of being unloved from early childhood and cautious in romance and financial matters. As you grow older the venus retrograde (going backwards)will conj saturn and this will be teaching you to be more frugal financially.
