Yes I have a company in a foreign country, I work with exports.
I studied medicine also in a foreign country, I love and study various occult sciences, tropical astrology, sidereal, karmica, tarot, mackerel.
I had an episode in my life, I had a psychosis after that a depression was being treated at home for 6 years (I wonder if this has anything to do with Mars in the 12th house), during those six years I did not work. I've always been very disciplined and determined, but after that health problem, I seem to have lost those qualities.
Yes it is true that my company works in an area where I deal with the social elite.
Professional recognition has not yet.
I had a wedding that lasted 2 years and it was a disaster. After that I was always alone.

In modern western astrology, the 12th house symbolizes parts of ourselves and our lives that we may not be aware of, even though they are obvious to other people. They're hidden from our view. But an alternative view is that this house deals with our capacity to serve other people less fortunate than ourselves, such as hospital patients, as well as mysticism.
Mars rules one's innate assertiveness and aggression, but it also rules people like surgeons (and doctors, by extension,) soldiers, and athletes.
Taken together with the rest of your chart, I see you as a spiritual person, but one who benefits from a spiritual discipline. Saturn asks for structure. I think you would be a natural at yoga, or something comparable that involves both the body and mind.
Jupiter is more involved with traditional religious practice, but Neptune and the 12th deal more with mysticism.

The 12th & Neptune also deal with Escapism, very easily confused with Mysticism.
