Jupiter, Saturn and the Body

I heard someone assert the following:

Whatever body part a sign rules (I.e Aries rules the head, Pisces the feet, etc) that when Jupiter is in that sign, the body part is larger than average. When Saturn is in the sign, it's smaller than average.

So a person with Jupiter in Gemini would, if this theory is correct, have larger hands/arms than on average. While a person with Saturn in Gemini would have smaller hands/arms.

Has anyone observered this to be true? Furthermore, what about aspects to planets from Jupiter or Saturn, would the small principle apply?

Jupiter remains in a sign for ONE YEAR

so for that theory to hold
EVERYONE born worldwide during that ONE YEAR that Jupiter was in Gemini
would ALL have larger hands/arms than average

Saturn remains in a sign for TWO AND A HALF YEARS

so EVERYONE born during those two and a half years when Saturn was in Gemini
would ALL have smaller hands/arms than average
and that is completely unlikely

FIRST HOUSE

Life, vitality and health.

Stature, colour, complexion, form and shape of body.

Older sources note its influence upon the intellect
the way the mind works, and speech.
In general, the first house represents the focal point for the personality
and manner of expression.

As well as describing the physical appearance

the condition of this house and that of its planetary ruler
indicates the level of personal vitality and strength.

I guess the theory on Jupiter and Saturn placement at date and time of birth is true, my abdomen (ruled by Virgo) appears large, but I'm not overweight. Jupiter and Saturn (and Mars) were in conjunction on my birthdate (Feb 15, 1980). It is in the 3rd house ... and my 1st house is Cancer.

My Jupiter is in Pisces and I've got tiny feet

It's common knowledge the first houseis the main indication of apperance, but I've read that the house/planet combo would influence the appearance too. As each house rules a specific body part (a long with it's ruling sign), and the planet would influence how it perceived, shaped...

e.g someone with Saturn in the 3rd house might have either small, or bony hands, someone with Jupiter in the 9th may have large hips.

In my experience, I've found the theory to be fairly accurate. But of course, genetics play the biggest role first and foremost
