Is this woman into me? Or is she just being nice?

I can't tell if this woman likes me or if she's just being nice. She works at a store that I go to. And it seems like she's always flirting with me. But I can't really tell if it's just her being nice.

It started when she told me she liked my smile. I didn't really pay any attention to it. But then I noticed that every time she saw me she would be so excited. I overheard her tell other employees how she thought I was cute and that seeing her makes her happy.

Every time I see her she calls me pet names like Hunny bun and boo. So yesterday I went to the store and we talked a little. She asked me if I had any kids and asked me how old I was. I told her that I liked her personality and that I wanted to be friends and I gave her my number.
