Moon ruling 7th house

Hello people, I am newbie and I just have a question about jobs in a chart.
The question is if I will receive a confirmation call about a company.
So if the ascendant is capricorn, 7th house is cancer, so my question is, does the moon rules myself too since it is in my opposite sign ?

The Moon (co-ruler) in the 7th means you are more keen to others. With the Moon, I would add more 'dependent' or 'responsive' to others.
But it all depends on the strength and debility of the significators.
And the aspects between the significators.
Being a traditionalist, the 10th would represent the job itself and the 6th, the conditions surrounding your job.
