given that Biden
at 78
will be the oldest NOT YET president-elect in history
and
in the midst of a pandemic
it’s worth clarifying what would happen if he dies
after Congressional certification
and before inauguration day
the 20th amendment provides that
“...if, at the time fixed
for the beginning of the term of the president
the president elect shall have died
the vice president elect shall become president....”
However
President Trump has not conceded
due to very obvious
well documented ".....voting irregularities...."
.
No need for Trump to concede, in order for Biden to become President!
If, Heaven forbid, Trump dies before Inauguration Day without first conceding, Biden will still become President.
