Will I relocate?

Hi,
I am a bit confused by this chart.
In the chart I am represented by Venus and the matter by Saturn. They don't make any aspects so I just thought that the answer would be a NO, but they are both in their respective homes... Does that make any difference?
Also Venus is retrograde - 'weak', but then again it is in Libra. I also read somewhere in the forum that when the planet is retrograde it can sometimes mean going back to something... If I happen to relocate it would be to a place that I used to live before... again ,not sure if it changes anything.
The moon is squaring Venus but it's also in the sign of Saturn.

Relocation is ruled by the 7th house so look for an applying aspect, direct or indirect, between venus and mars.

If i may ask, are you relocating for love/kids?

Also your chart doesnt show the grid where aspects are shown.

I'm not relocating for love/kids but for education/career.


I don't know why I thought relocation was ruled by 9th house an not 7th. But then again if Im looking at 7th house isn't it Pluto that is the ruler?
Venus is trining Mars and squaring Pluto in this chart.
