Hi,
Mars (third house of the chart) applying to Jup (the quesited) is a good indication that some thing might transpire in the affirmative. Is there some father figure you might be able to get in touch thru or some male friend? Moon is luckily out of Sco now, but cadent so this could take longer or there could be obstacles. I see you getting in touch actually. Is one of you abroad or a student? Trying to understand Moon in Sag.
