This is more of a curiosity than anything.
Considering Aries and libra are opposite signs, don't you think it's weird the adrenals (aries) sits on top of the kidneys (libra)? This is an interesting astrological and biological relationship between the two. The adrenals CAN work together with the kidneys, but they control it. If the adrenals are overstimulated, the kidney's health and role deteriorates.
I don't see any other organ (zodiac sign) in the body having the same relationship as these two. This perfectly depicts the relationship and need that these two Venus and Mars ruled organs have of each other.
