Lord of the Year is the ruler of the profected ascendant sign
in this case you said Pisces is the Profected ascendant
and so
the PROFECTED Lord of the Year aka LOY is JUPITER

Nodes are not planets and are excluded from chronocratorship in Hellenistic systems, even though they are present in the Indian systems and in some Persian systems like Firdaria. It depends on your view on them.
