this person is aggressive type.
studies during 2005 were ok with lot of obstacles or disinclination.
2006 to 2008 was very good.
2009 studies ok but lot of aggression. 2010 to 2011 studies average with aggression.from 2012 till date there is aggression and also some gains, so this could mean this person is involved in professional games which involve aggression or his career is related to uniform/discipline based sectors like army/police etc.
according to your querry, jupiter in your chart is signifying aggression and depression along with gains.

Jupiter is in 2nd or 3rd house for you?
This question raises the interesting fact that the house location of any natal planet
is entirely dependent on the chosen house system

and so
using SIGNS as well as HOUSES
provides more clarity

because
natal Jupiter is in the third SIGN
but
2nd HOUSE when using this particular house system

Easily verify that
by using any of the fourteen different house systems

QUOTE

'...In no other area of astrology is there so much mess and confusion than in the area of the so-called "houses".
There are at least twenty or thirty different house systems
or means of dividing the so-called "birthchart" into twelve segments of life activity
.

In astrology, houses, mansions, or domains, represent general areas of life activity
and are the grounding areas or arenas of expression for planets.

Originally, the words "houses" and "signs" were interchangeable
or meant the same thing.
A planet in Aries was also a planet in the house of Aries,
so that in effect. there were no real houses as we know them today....'

'….Artificial divisions now known as houses
were attempts by early Greeks and Hindus to measure strength "points" in the horoscope,
which during 7th and 8th centuries AD were construed or confused as means of dividing the birth chart.
The ascendant and midheaven degrees and their opposites, for example,
were definite power points or areas of intense focus,

but not necessarily the beginnings of a house or quadrant.....'

Yes... it's true JUPITERASC. All depends on the house system.
I use rather placidus.
(But Vedic astrology doesn't need to be demonstrated.)

Even with placidus system, we use signs

and so
IF natal ascendant is Taurus
then 2nd sign is Gemini
and
3rd sign is Cancer
and so
natal Jupiter is in 3rd sign
and 2nd house
there is a distinction

(But Vedic astrology doesn't need to be demonstrated.)
Vedic astrology is sign based
similar to wholes signs

Some astrologers consider a planet very near to the next house cusp as being in the next house, or splitting its influence between both houses.

Your Jupiter is within 3° of the 3rd house cusp so it may be affecting it, but only you know. Read about both Jupiter in the 2nd and Jupiter in the 3rd and determine which one fits your life best. It's possible that both do.
