Career guidance?

I've struggled quite a lot with my career. I'm wondering if things will improve for me starting in 2019 and how things look going forward from there. I also wonder what the prospects are for me to build wealth in this life, through my career.

Everything I've tried to build a career path for myself has failed and I'm looking for guidance. Will things improve? Is there something in my chart that has made the past ~10 years bad in terms of my career?
