is there any thing like cuspal ascendent ?if it is so will it give results of two signs?example if a person is born when ascendent is in border of scorpio and sagittarius which sign should be considered as ascendent,will it give the effects of two signs scorpio and sagittarius,kindlly answer.

If for the example you mentioned, you have a time of birth
then the Ascendant is EITHER Scorpio OR Sagittarius NOT BOTH
