Will I get at least one government contract?

Hi fellow members,

I'm bidding for contracts from government/local state and my question is "Will I get at least one contract?"

My guess from the chart is yes, I'm the Sun in 10th house which explains my interest in the government/state business. Venus, ruler of 10th will meet with Moon (matter at hand?) in less than 1 degree which probably equals to 1 week/month.

Update 1: The first contract I bid got canceled and I wasn't notified until today.

I am a government contractor, according to my experience i feel that before posting Government Bids..… Make sure that your company meets the requirements for the bid and to win any contract use simple and understandable language.
