It's hard to tell without a synastry chart

But judging by the aspects you posted I would say there is more attraction on your part to him rather than him to you.

Because your sun conjuncts his ASC it was like when you met him you instantly felt comfortable around him...things just clicked.

But the problematic aspects are the moon opposition neptune and the ASC square neptune. Your planets are squaring his neptune so there can be some deception on his part. Maybe not outright deception- but it may at first feel like you met prince charming- like there is this deep bond and then over time you will see there are cracks in the foundation that you thought was so strong initially.

The Sun conjunct Jupiter is nice but the neptune aspects make things not always as they seem. Im not sure if the positive aspects would balance out the negative. Also the moon opposition mars can lead to conflicts.
