IC/MC 29° Input needed

Hey Guys,

I am a little bit stuck with the Interpretation of the 29° on the IC/MC Axis.
I read a little bit on the Internet about it but I can`t seem to really figure it out.
What`s the purpose of that degree especially on the Axis?
The way I see it is that there is an urgency to finish something but at the same time, there is a struggle between the old and the new.
Means what?
Means that someone with Aquarius on 29° and the Sun in Pisces in the 4th House, needs to learn to settle down and build a home instead of for example cutting ties? Ruler of Aquarius sits in the 1st House.
What would be the solution?
When the MC represents that part of where we are going in life but sits on the 29° in Leo, what would that mean?
Should I still take Leo as the MC Factor, even though it`s at 29°?
Hope it makes sense.
Since it`s really hard for me to communicate that clear, because I lack clarity on this one.
Any Ideas?

may in fact be at zero degrees of the following sign :smile:

Yes, you`re right.
After contemplating over this chart for more than two days and feeling very frustrated, -because I couldn't connect with it and something felt off-, I decided to write the person an email and ask if the time is super correct.
10 min off!!! :happy:
After I corrected the time of birth I was possible to work with the chart.
Thank you for your reply.
Still the question on my mind, what would be If this would have been the case.
