In principle, you are correct in both the two statements, which are a bit contradictory in nature, you have made. My comment on the Moon entering its sign of exaltation, and hence things changing somewhat for the better is not far from the first statement in quotes. Neither is it far from the second statement, if you will look a little deeper into it. If we say that, whilst in a sign (the Moon, ie), the answer is - no, then that is the answer to that question with the Moon in that sign. However, with the Moon at 29° in this chart, and soon to change signs, this is something I couldn't ignore. Change is imminent. And, when I feel compelled to say something, I say it. It may not adhere to text-book knowledge written by fellow human beings, but it is what the chart tells me. So I put together my own knowledge, too. The Moon hence should change things with the change of signs.

While I respect your point of view and recognize where it is coming from, as understand what you are saying, to change MY POINT OF VIEW I would need a recognized Horary Specialist(documented person like Olivia Barclay, or IVY or someone like that, or someone with an FHP degree) to countermand what I am seeing.
Since my view comes from Ivy Goldstein Jacobson, and is not strictly my own, I would need more than just your assertion.
Do you have such a source supporting your point of view? I has hoped that perhaps you were one of those people.
But I have searched for you, but did not find a real person associated with your avatar name, nor do you have a website that is visible from your profile, or anything else which would give your point of reference more validity. So I am left with just your POV, valid or invalid... but without support from without.
I would like to stand corrected, but need more references to do that.

Aaron is a Tree specialist. There is a large Gumbo Limbo Tree in the area I believe the lid of the septic tank is. The Septic Tank guy, Jason, said I needed to get a tree specialist to look at the situation before he began to excavate because the Tree might need to be removed. Where I live Trees are protected and you need to get a permit to remove a tree.
I want to be able to get to the lid without removing or harming the tree. Which requires a specialist.

Well.... Like I said publicly and privately, I sort of hope you are correct since it would broaden some uses of Horary. And as I indicated, I posted the question on Skyscript where Deborah Houlding and others, some of who hold FHP certificates in UK, dwell. I'm hoping to get something definitive from Deb or somebody else there.

Eighth house rules cutting or surgery. Mars is in there with a favorable aspect to Saturn, ruler of the House or Property . 2nd House is not the ruler since it represents movable valuables.
However, if the 9th house rules "the Tree Specialist" it would be mercury which is conjunct me (Venus) with trine to the house (Saturn) meaning likewise intentions. But still no aspect to moon or mars.
So yes I am still in the waiting game. The interpretation of time having to pass until the situation changes could be Saturnian. He was supposed to come today but the machine he needs to use broke down. Plus its raining =o(
The Good news is my tank has not backed up again. Hope it can stay like that until this is resolved.

Zaranthu, I believe you are both correct. The last degree 29 is critical in horary and as such it is the "end" of the matter , the "matter" being my question, to which I have already determined is answer is "no" . This means I would need to pose a new question. Which I have. This puts the moon in a different perspective as the situation has changed. As far as AQ7's timing goes, I'm still experiencing delays in solving this but the new question is looking a bit more positive.
The new question "Will the new plan with Aaron in getting to the tank lid and opening it be successful?" Has the moon in conjunction with Jupiter (which has a grand trine) moving towards conjunction with the Mars (the surgery) and as before, both myself and the Tree Specialist also in grand trine , indicating Luck I believe. But as AQ7 mentioned it will need to unfold in time. If we use a day for each degree until the moon conjuncts Mars it looks like 14 days.

I am going to stick to Aaron being the 6th house = Jup. The Moon is going to meet Jup in 7 units, so 7 days or weeks should bring about something of consequence. The Moon is burnt/combust in the chart, so I'm hoping that only reflects the current unsavoury state of affairs. Please update.

Aaron was here today, in the rain. They dug and cut by hand through many roots, some at least a foot wide and deep, and the lid was still not found! but they did find a metal strap sticking up which could be the lid however to get to it he needs to bring in a bobcat to dig as the roots are too massive.
It was like surgery (8th house, mars)
They ended up today cutting down another palm tree and taking out 1/2 of the front privacy wall and 1/2 of the front landscaping.
Hes coming back tomorrow to dig with the machine. If we cannot find the lid then the large tree will need to be removed which sickens me. It will also cost $2000 to remove.
And still no guarantee that we will get to the tank.
I'm just hoping that tomorrow fares well.

in the new chart I believe that the moon is cazimi, within 17 minutes of the sun and is considered highly favored, no?

in looking upon it again the moon is at 53 minutes 19 degrees sun at 18 degrees 10 minutes which makes it 104 minutes away - sigh -

We are still no closer to finding an entry to the tank.
Now the front of my house and 1/2 my wall is torn up.
Aaron suggested I make an insurance claim since the septic tank ruined my floor downstairs and my bathroom vanity. All Plutonian.
The public adjuster got a lawyer and suggested I hire an Engineer and have a camera probe. This is another $1500. I have no choice. This is the most surefire way for the septic tank's status and location to be pinpointed. Otherwise they will just be digging blindly.

I had a quick look at the first chart. There appears to be change in circumstances or the plan....the way you are going about it will not give results. But you need to look at finding it in a different way, or call some othesr specialists or something like that.
Venus, ruler of the home is hidden in 12th - showing that things with the home is out of sight/unknown to you, which is true. Saturn Rx is in the 4th, showing the septic tank, or things that are deep within, underneath. Saturn is a natural ruler of waste, things that are black decayed, waste sewage, agriculture, mines...you get the picture. So Saturn placed in 4th there would point to this chart being radical. I don't think there is a need for the second chart. Now, with Saturn Rx and peregrine, there is certainly some issue with it....perhaps its broken? Could it be? Old, yes...not funtioning properly.
