Trying to get some quick tips for horary. If I am reading a chart because I am selling a home and want to know if I will get an offer on the home this month, what do I need to focus on to find the answer? Do I focus on the aspect of the moon. The sun? How do I know if the answer is yes or no?

You look for applying aspect between ASC ruler/you and DSC ruler/buyer.

In this sort of question you can look at the 8th cusp and its ruler. Because the 8th is the house of transactions, too. And look at the favourables (Part of Fortune, Jupiter, North Node etc) and their aspects to the ASC ruler, the MC etc.
