Birth time rectification of a Breech Birth born

Hello, there's a little confusion about the accuracy of my birth time since I was born upside-down means my legs came first in a normal delivery( risky case). As there were lot of tensions going on,birth time probably wasn't taken accuratel.
My details are
Dob : 15 August 1995
Pob: Dhaka,Bangladesh
Time : 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm
I was wondering if anybody is willing to help.

According to the AA source, the birth occurred at 2:00, quite unlikely, like most rounded off births. Let's use Thrasyllus' method again.

1) We determine the ascensional degrees from the Sun to the Moon. We mark 81 as the solar gnomon.
2) We determine the ascensional degrees from the degree opposite the Sun - this is 23.
3) We multiply 23 by 12 and again by the hour of the nativity, with the fractions. Since the birth occurred at the beginning of the ninth hour - 23 x 12 x 8 - 360 x 6 = 48 which is less than the solar gnomon.
4) We add 7 minutes to the time of birth and with 23 x 12 x 8.12 - 360 x 6 = 81 and we get the ''real'' Ascendant.

For the easiest and mostly empirical way of rectifying your birth time (provided that you have a narrow birthtime span to work with) you have to follow these steps:

(Disclaimer: May not be very orthodox, but could be worth trying as it just takes a pair of hours and the only important input needed is what you know about yourself)

- Print your natal chart (tropical zodiac and placidus houses) with the earliest probable birth time 6:30pm
- print natal chart with the latest probable birth time.
- take note of all planets (Sun to chiron and true NN) and angles and their exact longitude (degree and minutes) and house position in first chart and on second too.
- Example
Sun Leo 10°42 11H - Leo 10°42 11H
Moon Virgo 29°33 1H - Moon Libra 0°01 1H
Mercury Cancer 8°05 5H - Mercury Cancer 8°06 4H
ASC Scorpio 21°15 - ASC Sagitarius 4°07'
.
.
.

Consider yourself lucky if a planet, ASC, MC or moon changed sign during that time span. Also if there are planets that fall in different houses (this might be tricky because distance (orb) needed to consider a planet falling in the next house varies from astrologer to astrologer).

- Check and compare planet-sign and angle-sign interpretation of objects that changed sign.

Example:
Asc Scorpio vs Asc Sagittarius

- Check and compare planet-house interpretation of objects that changed house.

Ex: Mars in 11th vs Mars in 10th

- Check angle-planet aspects that exist in one chart and not in the other.

Ex: Mars conjunct MC

- Narrow birth time span according to your conclusions. You may get more than one time span, but the purpose is to get rid of too many probable birth times. It may be helpful to use astroclock.

- Now list planets and angles that have changed degree. You have to compare zodiac degree meaning for each case. Take note of the longitudes that gives you the more accurate interpretations.

For example if ASC goes from 20 Libra to 27 Libra you may read Sabian Symbols meaning for each degree. I also suggest reading carelli, leinbach, la volasfera, charubel and Cochrane zodiac degree interpretations to grasp better the essence of each degree, so that you are sure when you discard a degree.

Using astroclock/live chart, narrow probable birth time according to your conclusions.

Take note of the probable birth times you get and using your astrology software create each of the charts. Now read the natal report for each of the charts created, just focus on planet-house interpretations, read them all. Also read interpretations of aspects to ASC and MC. There may be one chart that fits almost perfectly with yourself.

Then you may check inner planets transits to your ASC to see how accurate the "rectified" natal chart is. Put the chart to any test you want.
