romantic possibility

Hi! I'm attaching synastry charts of me and a colleague.

I've been noticing some chemistry between us, and definitely feel attracted.

But wondering if that's just projection on my part, onto a good intellectual energy/work dynamic. I can't really tell if this person is at all interested or attracted--I also they also just flirt with everybody!

Any input appreciated, thank you!
