Alan Dershowitz is no conservative. He has been ultra-liberal all his life, and he voted for Hilary Clinton in 2016, but whenever he points out the dirty tactics of his own party, he is attacked and ostracized mercilessly.

Dershowitz is the famous Professor Emeritus at Harvard Law School who is an excellent and formidable debater. His excellence extends far beyond his career as a premier law professor. Dershowitz says the latest impeachment attempt by the Democrats is unconstitutional, and they can't prove that Trump instigated the attack on the Congress building. People who love to hate Trump and blame Trump must do much better to prove a criminal instigation.

It is yet another full-fledged assault on the Constitution by the Democrats. It is yet another miscarriage of justice.

One doesn't need to be a law professor to see the nefarious maliciousness of Pelosi and the Democrats. They want to stop Trump from running again for president precisely because he is massively popular and will probably be elected again. They don't want We, the People, to actually choose our candidate. The Democrats may as well be an invading horde from Communist China. They are that big a threat on freedom of speech and the right to vote. It is more an attack on the citizens than it is an attack upon Trump. The government is now psychopathic.

What this will do is to open the door to impeaching another former president, Obama who spied on the incoming administration and helped orchestrate the sabotage against that administration.

No one is speaking about his crimes, but they soon will be.

I would prefer to see Obama tried in a criminal court of law because he is the most criminal of all our presidents.

He conspired with Comey and Biden in the Oval Office. The attack on Gen. Flynn and other associates of Trump were an attempt to blackmail. They tried to blackmail Flynn with threats to his son, and they put the screws to others in order to get them to turn on Trump. Sound legal? Not when the facts come out.
