csk is dsc= tropical dsc ruler venus is in leo=Lions wear yellow and blue.
Western chart is clear for asc. Moon conjunct L10 Saturn and square L1 Mars. Mars is accidental stronger than Venus. So Delhi wins.

As per my observation, team winning toss is playing descendant and team loosing toss is playing ascendant.

In my opinion There is not proper ascendant and descendant based on toss because tournament is in neutral grounds,
