I believe with Jupiter in it's dignity high up at the highest point suggests you will have a lot of luck in the upcoming 12 months.

There could be some lucky break.

I also feel with those 6 house planets work, health, daily routine will be important and you'll do hard strives.

Yes the 6 house planets kinda had me a bit worried from some stuff I read online. But I think like you said, focusing on work, health, routine and being organised will help me get the benefits of it...and do the hard strives.
