They get super attached to their partners when sex is involved esp with Mars in Cancer. However, I've seen them staying with partners that weren't monogamous usually because they are already so attached! :andy:

Even if they have a Gemini sun and a fire Moon? I've read that people with this placement do tend to get attached. I guess that's just Cancer in general.

If you are referring to a man with this placement, mars will be expressed easily, so it can be quite noticeable.

I think it's quite likely yea, I have gem sun, leo moon ,cancer mercury, virgo mars. I think if I had cancer mars I would be a lot more clingy.
