I would think the heliocentric natal charts start with cancer not Aries, since the earth is in cancer in Jan., Libra in Apr., and capricorn in July. Is the heliocentric astrological new year in Oct.? Traditionally, the new year (in Jewish and Pagan European calendars) were either the new moon between Sep. 20-Oct. 20 and the last day of October in the solar form (Halloween, oct. 31-All Saints day, Nov. 1).
