Is this a good psychological therapy?

Hey!
So my question is: is this a good psychological therapy for me right now?
I have been seeing this therapist for a bit less than a year, but only sporadically, like once every three weeks.
I have been in longer treatments before. I started this one after a complicated psychedelic session, as he is experienced in the field.
This is talk therapy. Problem is, I have been diagnosed with OCD and I sometimes feel it can be counterproductive. My tendency is to think, endlessly, about certain things and I feel this is not understood by many therapists when they bring issues to the session. Although I also know I don't handle well my emotions when they are about these delicate things. I am worried about him sometimes just guessing things or making temporary hypothesis, not realising this could be food for my obsessive brain. He tries really hard and is committed, I like him, but I don't know if he can really help me. Been through CBT before, it worked amazingly, but it all got messy after the psychedelics. I am kinda lost as to know what treatment to follow otherwise or what to do. Just wondering if it's convenient to continue this current work.

Thanks a lot!

Please forgive my modifying your question. Personally, I am more concerned about if the therapist, rather than the therapy, is a good fit for you and your psychological makeup.
Aside from what you said, which I think carries the most weight about whether this person is a good fit for you, the chart suggests that the fit between you/Mars and the therapist, Moon, ruler of the 9th, is not so good. That you do not see eye to eye, are not able to get one another. This is a based on Moon not being in aspect of any kind with Mars, rather being 5 signs apart and so disjunct. Therapist/Moon receives you/Mar only modestly, by term. You have no reception with the therapist.

Moon's next aspect, as an indication for the question's unfolding, is an opposition.

I'm not seeing this person being a good choice.

Thank you IleneK,
I thought L7 was for the therapist and L10 for the treatment. You took L9 as a professional doctor or specialist?
Thanks

I took L9 as a counselor. And yes, L10 would be the outcome.
But maybe you see the therapist more as a partner?
