Question North Node and South Node to Venus

What if someone's SN is conjunct someone else's Venus/Mars in the synastry chart, but NN is conjunct Venus in the composite? I get the past life part with the former, but does the latter aspect mean these two will be together in the current life? It's so confusing lol. I should add that my Chiron is conjunct his Venus in synastry as well. Also, are the feelings & connection mutual? Some sites say Chiron gets hurt more, some say Node person feels more, etc.

Thx for any insight, fam
