Whats wrong since one month?

I got located from my branch office to head office for a time period and things have been going in a reverse direction since then. Lots of office politics, conspiracy,friends turning foes,every day is a bad day. Like its the worst time period I have ever seen in my present company. What is the reason? How long will it go on ? Any remedies? I am loosing my temper if things still continue like this.

Someone please look into this. How will rest of Ketu Mahadasha be in my chart ?
