I've considered a couple cosmetic changes (facial) for a few years now and lately have been considering it more and more. Question: Will I have plastic surgery at any point from now until the next 2 years?
The horary chart has Venus as chart ruler and Venus is in it's own house (7th) in Aries--Mars can rule surgery, so I thought nothing of the fact that Venus is in Aries. However Jupiter is rx in the first house in Libra and opposing Venus. Am I correct to assume that this means "no" and that even if I do, it would be less than beneficial because of Jupiter's retrograde status? But if we look at the 10th house (can also be outer appearance, I think, because it's your status in the world), then the ruler of the surgery is Moon, which venus conjuncts.
