Yep, it is an aphorism 😊 since this is in detriment, and separating cazimi, I was curious 😀 ultimately it is all for good, apparently that's what cazimi is..

So, how do we interpret this? It is a ninth house issue, no connection between sigs, but since cazimi is so rare, (first time I saw in charts I do), I was curious.
I am not a specialist concerning this question (and many others) but I guess that as long as this planet in detriment remains cazimi it is helped, but as soon as this particular situation stops (after 16 minutes or 1 degree) the planet becomes combust (and is always in detriment) and so its situation won't be ideal

What I find even more interesting is that the bright fixed star Regulus
is arguably within three degrees of the Sun
Whether that is within the province of Horary or not
is likely a matter of individual opinion

and Horary differs in modus operandi from natal astrology
then the fact that this particular situation stops after 16 minutes and/or one degree, dependant on the source cited
means we need to establish the timing.
i.e.
16 minutes would represent precisely how much time in this chart?

Eeee, I like using asteroids. They always give enough extra info. Although I am at a loss, yet again, what it means here and generally.
Asteroids also get combust? And man what would it mean to have cazimi! (In general) and what it would mean for someone born during this time frame. Woah!
