I made this chart a few days ago when I lost my office access tag. It also had my bus transit pass with it in the same holder. On Nov 6, I visited my office, I had both in place, took the bus to the office, entered the office using the access tag and then returned home on a bus, so I definitely had it with me on that day and it did come back home.
Vague memory of my son trying to play with it, however in that process of keeping it away from him, I kept it so securely that I could not find it on my next visit to the office in December. It was not there in the laptop bag, or on the coat hanger or my drawer or my handbag.
I searched everywhere but eventually found it.
You can use this chart to identify where it was found and when?
