7th (Venus)
10th (Saturn)

The ruler of 10 th is no in angular house ( fair priced property)
It's a beautiful brand new property (7th) signified by Venus.

Theres a TOL venus/mars so could be a yes.

I think you may not end up taking this one though ,venus in fall. Saturn's a next one L10 that moon conjuncts after the TOL from venus/mars.
