Throw me out from the university?

I am in a very serious mess. I committed a mistake of taking help from a friend in completing a project for my course.

I am very very much feared what the authorities would do regarding this. Can someone see?

I am scared to the level that I am fearing a heart attack. Please someone look to the matter.

I don't know if I would be able to come out from this issue or would be suspended or they would charge me academic probation.
