Lord 1 is Portugal as the favoured team, and Lord 7 the opponent as France. Mercury is in a better house than Jupiter as in same sign as 10th, although Mercury is under the beams. This however should not hamper Mercury much as Sun is in different sign to Mercury. Jupiter is RX and in weak house. Peregrine Moon who does not like Mercury opposes Mercury in 3 degrees, so affliction for Mercury, where as we have a Peregrine Sun, who is ruled by that Moon who doesnt like Mercury, and Sun exalts Jupiter and trines Jupiter 2 degrees. North Node conjuncts Mercurys 10th of success, but end of the matter is Jupiter. Its a close call I think but maybe France may just tip the game in their favour and win. What do others think.
